The basic idea which leads the Social Excellence Forum’s activity is that the best way to inspire future leaders to take responsibility in the public sphere, and give them confidence in their ability to thus effect society, is through having them routinely “rub elbows” with the ones who did it and get advice and pointers directly from them.
Thus, the students who are taking part in the Forum’s activity meet with and are guided by the best individuals of the relevant fields of interest and expertise.
Additionally, and based on the advices thus received, the young leaders are encouraged to think up, create and take part in awareness raising and educational initiatives aimed at their peers, to spread their message in ever growing social circles – their role as agents of change for human rights and human dignity.
